Email Requirements

  • Width: 640 px
  • Use absolute URLs for all images (you must host images)
  • Do not use DIVs, use table cells for padding and/or margin
  • All formatting/styling needs to be in-line
  • Please keep CSS styling minimal
  • Avoid spacer images
  • Subject line: ~35 characters

Ad Policy & General Guidelines

The general guidelines listed below may not address each and every advertising/product situation. Each advertisement will be judged on a case-by-case basis, on its own merits. Innovate Healthcare reserves the right to reject any advertising, at any time, for any reason or to limit the advertising pages in any edition, even though previously acknowledged or accepted.

Conformity of Government Laws and Regulations. All advertising material presented to readers in Innovate Healthcare publications must conform to United States governmental laws and regulations and to the standards and policies of Innovate Healthcare.

Substantiation of Claims. Any claim made in an ad will have to be substantiated by the advertiser to the satisfaction of Innovate as will reference to any scientific or clinical studies.

Advertising Terms & Conditions. All advertising orders are accepted subject to Innovate Healthcare’s Master Services Agreement which can be found at https://innovatehealthcare.com/advertising/master-services-agreement

Endorsement. The appearance of any other ads in any of Innovate Healthcare’s publications and online properties, however, does not constitute nor should be construed as an endorsement of any product or service.

Innovate Healthcare Reserves The Right To Reject Any Advertisements. Innovate Healthcare reserves the right to decline or reject any advertisement for any reason at any time without liability, even though previously acknowledged or accepted.

Innovate Healthcare Protects The Privacy of its Subscribers and Visitors. Innovate Healthcare is committed to offering their subscribers and visitors a choice about how personal information is used. The Privacy Policy can be found at https://innovatehealthcare.com/privacy.

The Innovate Healthcare Logo and Use of Its Name. General advertisers may not use the Innovate Healthcare logo. The use of the Innovate Healthcare name, its initials, its URL, or the name of any of its publications may not be used in any advertisement, promotional materials or follow-up mailings without the express prior written permission of Innovate Healthcare.

Special Requirements. Some ad categories raise a number of issues for which Innovate Healthcare may require additional information as its experience demonstrates a more in-depth investigation is needed.

Advertising Terms & Conditions

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Campaigns cannot run without adherence of Ad Policy & General Advertising Guidelines.
  • All advertising orders are accepted subject to the terms and condition of the Master Services Agreement.
  • All 3rd Party Vendors must be SSL-Compliant for all display ads.

3RD PARTY ADS

  • 3rd Party tags are accepted except where noted in the Digital Advertising Specs
  • All 3rd Party Vendors must be SSL-Compliant for all display ads, including creative and tracking components. All web pages are loaded over a secure connection. Secure connections (https) are achieved using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in accordance with industry standards. We require that all ads, creative assets, and tracking elements are requested using a secure connection. Additionally, all subsequent requests to media assets or tracking URLs must also use a secure connection (https://). The only part of an ad permitted to be non-SSL compliant is the click URL (target landing page). Assets which are not SSL compliant will not be accepted.
  • All 3rd Party served ads must be tested prior to the campaign start, please allow additional time for this.
  • Hyperlinks must open in a new browser window.
  • If using Google Ad Manager (DCM), internal redirect tags (InReds) are preferred.

CREATIVE ASSETS

  • Ad formatting is specific to each ad, please refer to the ad’s individual spec page for proper formatting and optimization.
  • For HTML5 creative please see these supplemental guidelines.
  • Creative with a white background must have a minimum 1-pixel border while remaining within the ad slot dimensions.
  • Creative may not utilize “fake” form fields or system alert look-a-likes.
  • The use of any Innovate Healthcare’s name, its initials or the name of any of its publications may not be used in any advertisement, landing page, promotion material (including promotional/discount codes), or follow-up mailings without the express written permission of Innovate Healthcare.
  • Innovate Healthcare adheres closely to the IAB specification guidelines.

CREATIVE SUBMISSION

  • Assets must be delivered to advertising@innovatehealthcare.com at least five (5) business days prior to campaign launch for standard ads and seven (7) business days for rich media, out-of-page and expanding ads.
  • Changes to any publisher developed creative must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to launch.
  • Creative submissions are not considered complete until all assets including images, text, click-thru URL and the successful observation of the landing page are accounted for.
  • If the landing page is not live by the creative submission deadline, a representation of the final page must be provided by supplying either a demo URL or full-page screenshot of the page.
  • Submit all creative to advertising@innovatehealthcare.com
Billing
  • Invoicing occurs in the month the advertisement runs, terms are net 30 days.
  • Prepayment is required for new advertisers.
  • Written notice required 30 days prior to advertising placements.
