The mission of this educational series is to share practical insight and lessons from thought-leaders and teams on innovation, collaboration, technologies and solutions that are driving clinical, operational and financial excellence.

Healthcare Leaders

Through a series of one-on-one and group video interviews, stories, demonstrations and photos, the Cardiovascular Business team will shine light on the work of thought-leaders triaging, treating and managing cardiovascular patients throughout the continuum.

We'll show how the organization at the same time is improving physician and staff productivity and overall care delivery, thus eliminating unnecessary care and reducing costs of care and driving better outcomes.

From these interviews, the Cardiovascular Business team will create and share professional, curated, interactive and managed content for other healthcare leaders and providers to learn from and emulate. All content will live on a single landing page for easy access.

Content sharing will occur via email promotions, inclusion in newsletters, social media and SEO pushes to the Cardiovascular Business audience of physicians, interventionalists, CV service line directors, nursing managers and administrators.

  • Curated content of deliverables and assets will be shared for one year along with related content driving audience back to the Centers of Excellence landing page
  • Six (6) individual video interviews (final edit to ~10 to 12 minutes each)
  • Six (6) unique articles (1,000-1,500 words each) developed from content from the video interviews and hospital visit
  • Twelve (12) monthly dedicated newsletters promoting video and editorial content from the series
  • Twelve (12) article listings featuring content in our daily newsletter
  • Thirty-six (36) social media posts driving to a cross-section of videos, articles, content and photos starting during video shoot and over the following 12-months
  • Still image montage (~25-50 images)

  • Edited transcripts to be posted below each video interview

On-Site Recorded Videos

One to two-days of on-site video interviews with leading clinical, operation and financial stakeholders at the facility, including procedures, how-to's and facility b-roll.

  • During one or two-days of video recording at the facility, the Cardiovascular Business team will conduct video interviews with 4-10 key stakeholders discussing the clinical, operational and financial success the organization has experienced from their novel approaches
  • Active social media postings during our visit at facility
  • Our team provides an on-site producer and editor to organize, manage and conduct the interviews and guide camera crew, all per prior permission and fully HIPAA compliant
  • Video crew and editor will gather b-roll footage and still images upon guidance and permission
  • Individual video interviews (final edit to ~5 to 12 minutes each)
  • Create 20 to 30 video segments (~3-minutes each) from video interviews
  • Various b-roll shots within clinical departments, cath labs, physician and nurse stations and facility(s) interiors and exteriors (all HIPAA-compliant)
  • Video highlights reel (~1-min)
  • All videos, content and digital assets will be live on a Cardiovascular Business Centers of Excellence dedicated landing page

Editorial Content

Includes final articles on website, newsletter and social media postings, and PDF reprint, along with unrestricted distribution rights.
